Hey folks. I'm a new homebrewer that has learned tons in just a couple of months thanks to these forums.

My first was an extract kit from Brewer's Best - American Pale Ale. (2 weeks and 1 day in bottles and I actually have refrained believe it or not.)

Second was just brewed on Saturday, an AHS Mini Mash Dry Stout. Used Deathbrewers awesome stovetop method.

My third very well may be an AG BIAB. Thinking about the Common Room ESB from the HBT recipes.
