Been homebrewing for about 8 years with mash/extract kits with some additions thrown in the secondary for custom flavors. Starting to ramp up equipment and move to all-grain brewing. Lusting after a BrewSculpture and a conical fermenter. Put them on my wish-list. Need to look up the Kansas City brewing groups. Lots of great info on this site - thanks to everyone.
