I'm Sue. My husband and I have been brewing beer for 2 or 3 years now (BIAB). I have been wanting to start making mead for a while and I just started my very first, very basic, mead this past weekend. In fact, I added my last bit of nutrients yesterday. It appears to be chugging along nicely. Fingers crossed!
