I'm sitting at my laptop listening to the gurgling respirations of my second home brew happily fermenting away. The first, a brown ale, was bottled on friday. The second, a hefeweizen was brewed yesterday! Seriously addicting and the sky's the limit. I want to give a big thank you to Revvy for his uber-informative post on bottling (Love my spigot/dip tube). Between Papazian, Palmer, Revvy, and a slew of too many members to be named and many long nights perusing this forum over the last month I have really fallen in love with this hobby. I plan on slowly upgrading and continuing extract/partial-mash for awhile until I feel more comfortable and acquire more knowledge and equipment for AG brewing but for the time being, here's some beer porn.

Not yet but it's on my list. I was at Bencomo's picking up supplies during there last meeting and wish I could have stuck around and learned something.
