Hi,
I am an amature wine "not grape" and beer maker living in southwest France. I currently have 2 wines, "an elderflower and a rhubarb and strawberry" on the go, my first mead and 2 batches of beer "an IPA and a lager" fermenting away.

It looks like there are some pretty knowledgeable people on here and I am looking forward to learning all that I can from people who actually know what they are talking about.:)

Love this site. To have the chance to exchange with a Frenchman and a Bosnian, and so many others from so many places. Salut et bienvenue!

-et j'adore la cuisine de la sud-ouest: de la cuisine honnête, et de la cuisine excellente.

Lots of good info here and many people who will help out if you have any questions. And many people who will be very interested in hearing about your own experiences. Welcome to the forum!
