My name is Mike Finch. I currently reside in Ames, Ia where I'm studying Animal Science at Iowa State. I started brewing last month and bottled my first batch of gewurztraminer last night. I've got 2 other wines going, Edwart's Apfelwein (2 weeks in), and a honey weizen kit in the mail. Can't wait to expand even more and learn as much as I can about this awesome hobby.
