Hello everyone! I've been helping my dad brew whenever I'm home from college for quite some time, but up until recently I've never gone through the whole process by myself. But, it was too interesting and too much fun to confine brewing to just helping out, so about a month ago me and a couple of interested friends broke down and bought all the supplies and have just started to brew for ourselves. So far we've brewed an IPA that's just about ready to drink and we just started brewing a hefeweizen yesterday. I'm excited to try new recipes and start experimenting a bit, and maybe get into kegging a bit down the road, and I'm looking forward to learning lots from this forum!
