Hello,

New here but not to brewing. Been brewing for 8 years, now doing AG (6years) and just recieved my monster mill. Found this place when I was looking for ways to DIY my MLT and have found many interesting ideas lurking, so i decided to join. So HEY! If anyone can point me in the direction of a REALLY hoppy NW red ale recipe Id be much obliged.
