Hi, my name is Dave and I am a huge beer fan but a novice brewer. Definately looking forward to receiving tips and guidance from the group. I'm on a quest to create my own unique red ale.
A nice way to work up a unique recipe is to find a tried and true recipe and start changing it up with characteristics you like. We have a really nice recipe database here that can get you started.
I don't know how much experience you have but I would suggest you get the brew basics down before you go wild with inventing but just look at it as the path to getting your own house red.
