Hello from the wonderful wolrd of Rancho Murieta California a small comunity located a stone thows away from Sacramento.
I have been brewing for 4 years and making mead for the same. I will say Mead making is my first love then beer brewing. I currently am only partal mash at this point and want to go all grain some day. This depends on my lovely wife letting me spend the money to buy the brew sculpture and mash tons.
Right now I have a Baltika clone in secondary with a little medium toast french oak cubes that was were soaked in Gentelman Jack.
I have 10 or so bottles of my oaked blackberry honey mead and a few bottles of the same but being carbonated using the method de champonose.
Well back to brewing as i have plans For 2 beers
the first a midas touch derivitave and the second being a Sason Du Mont.
Happy drinking
all and good To come aboard!
