I have been brewing off and on for the last 10+ years. I have lived all over the US. I just started All grain brewing. And discovered I need to pay attention to the PH of my Mash. What test strips are the best for testing PH?

Welcome to HBT! IME the pH strips aren't very accurate. Lately I have just been using a water spreadsheet to calculate additions to RO to get the right pH and water profile I want. I just trust that the spreadsheet gave me the right numbers and let it ride.
