I just wanted to say thanks for all the great info on the forum. You all are a vault of knowledge. I just brewed up my first batch. I got a porter recipe from my LHBS. It is chugging along nicely in the fermenter. I could not believe how much stronger the hops and grains smell before you brew them. It is quite amazing. Thanks agian for the info and see ya around.
