I just got my keg system and tested it out by carbing up some water. It's sitting in the fridge ready to have my beer transferred, but I just noticed a small amount of green residue sitting at the base of the beer line. Not sure what this is but I feel that I should be concerned about it. The beer line and ball lock are new so there shouldn't be a leak. Any ideas what this could be?

O.K., I'm not sure exactly what you're saying. Is there is a green residue on the ground, keg, fitting that appears to have come from the tubing that carries your beer from the ball lock fitting to your tap?

Actually it looks like there is a leak in my tubing. Water seemed to leak out and I'm not sure if it's lime or what, but it gathered on the outside of the tubing at the connection with the ball lock. Hope to fix this with a wrench. Still not good to see green stuff where your beer should be.
