I found this one, it seems to be an all-in-one everything you need to know about brewing guide. Even though it doesn't seem to be that organized, professionally written, and at times extremely wordy. I don't think it covers the malting process either.

Does anyone have anymore they collected over the years?
 
Howtobrew.com is an excellent site. Unorganized? I don't really agree with that. It's in the same format as his book. This is the go-to site for any new brewer and I recommend it on a daily basis. Palmer is a genius for writing that book.

I would guess a good 90% of the people on this site have visited that site/book at some point in their brewing experience.
 
Interesting, so it's homebrewtalk approved. I was hoping that I wasn't reading something that would lead me astray.

It's chalk full of information. I'm use to wine theory such as just simply pitching the yeast into the must, not rehydration and proofing or creating a yeast starter.

The yeast and fermentation sections can be rather intricate and overwhelming at times. It will definitely take a few weeks and few readings to completely absorb the vast quantities of information. Then try to organize all of the information into a step by step bullet point format to fit the brewing sequence; e.g. preventing diacetly by extending primary fermenter period after fermentation is complete and not pitching yeast into wort that is much higher thanoptimial temperature.
