Are there any tools to help calculate blending gravity? I.e. If I blend a beer of 1.006 with a beer of 1.018 in a 40/60 blend what is my gravity?

Yes, it's called a hydrometer! Drop it in to the blended beer and voila!

But I'm not sure that a blended gravity is going to tell you much, especially at FG. If you're trying to determine ABV of the blended beer, it might be easier to calculate each beer separately, and then do the math to convert the %.
