Big thanks to all who contribute here. Thanks to all your questions, answers, advice, and paranoia (is my beer ruined, what is this in my beer, my airlock isn't bubbling, etc), you contributed to my first home brew batch.
Enjoyed it today for the first time - beyond expectations. A Belgian Wit, code named Lake Hodges Honey Wit.
Brewed 10/5, bottled 10/21, cracked open (to check carbonation progress) 10/27. Perfecto!
