I just cracked open my first carbonated belgian strong. I did a two stage fermentation on this batch and the clarity is great. Plus, when siphoning from primary to secondary and from secondary to final prior to bottling, I thought I was careful not to pick anything up.
At the bottom of the pour, I have white granules which seem to have appeared after bottling.
I dont know if it's crystallized sugar (this being a high gravity brew) or something else.
Anyone ever have this before and know what it is?
Thanks.
