This makes 2 beers from a home-state brewery I love - Pursuit of Hoppyness Red Ale, and this one are excellent.

The Black Cauldron is a really big IS with a lower hop level that is amazing. Smooth, rich, roasty, yum. Now in 12oz bottles.

If you are after big hop flavor (dark red IPA), try the PoH.

To me (IMO), I do not like Laughing Dog beers. Even Dogfather was too sweet and light-bodied.

Have you been to Sockeye? Their stout is nice! I also like Highland Hollow's Full Moon stout.
