What i used.
350g Cara Crytal 120EBC.
40g Toffied Wheat.
500G Light DME
500G Amber DME
15G Fuggles Hop
19,5L AJ
1 x Nottingham.


The AJ are from the local shop !

The malt's

Packing in a mashbag.

In the 68 degrees C water for 30 min.

The DME to be used for the worth.

Malt dripping off after a sparge with 1L 78Degrees C water .

DME and the stuff in the pot and boiling.

Immerson Chiller are not in the pot to sanitize it for the cooling process.

The worth and 1,5L AJ and yeast pitched. Notty.

Wolla and then 25L of Cider ready to farment.

Ohhhhh yeah in the line with all the other brew's Right to left. 1 American IPA Dryhop with Cascade. 2 English IPA Primary. 3 Cider.

Nice photos! I made this for the first time a few weeks ago and am just starting to taste it now. Such a great drink! So easy and so delicious.
