Good thermo Paste for sensors?

From a professional brewery around me, they use this http://www.balmexadult.com/get-relief.html
It is loaded in zinc oxide which is a good heat conductor.
Cheap and easy, the way I like it.

You could also use CPU heatsink thermal paste from any decent computer shop.
