Hi all,

wondering what the more experienced Brewers would recommend... Myself and my partner are lager and wheat beer lovers and I'm preparing a large amount of bottles for the Christmas period.

So far I've brewed a coopers heritage lager... A new world saison, a hoegaarden clone (using coopers wheat kit) and a Youngs Rasberry wheat beer kit.

Being new to this and never really drinking much real ale I would love to know what some of you would recommend for brewing keeping in mind that we are not really ale drinkers. Would appreciate some of your ideas!

Check out the book by David Law. Some good recipes. I've not been disappointed in any. The Kolsch I've brewed several times. Always great.

That looks good! Has some really good reviews...I've never even heard of it! To be honest the Coopers kits haven't really hit the spot, maybe I've not given them enough time in the bottle to tell but I read that they use ale yeast for warmer fermentation. I've just set my fermentation fridge up so I can brew a lot cooler, now time to find some really nice recipes!
