It's worth checking out. To me it hinges on the quality of the fridge. Seems small though.

Looks like you have enough there to make a kegerator (if it isn't one already). I do wonder what "miscelaneous equipment" is...

It looks worth it if everything is in good shape and useable. I would call the guy if it was local.
