I'm going out of the box and trying a milky amber. What's your oppinion on this recipe?

Lactose in an amber does seem a bit crazy. If you feel like doing it, do it. At least you'll learn something and have fun while doing so.

I say do it. I would however try to counteract the lactose with a bit of amber malt, maybe?

Anyway, I think it will be good. Make sure to incorporate a bit more IBUs so it does end up being too sweet/chewy.

Thanks. Have to try something new. Little bit sweeter amber. You have to try something different to keep motivated. Because this is fun.

Okey thanks for that. And the hops what I've put there is what I have alot at home so doesn't need to order new ones
 
The lactose in this amber turned out really good. Very tasty beer with a really small sweetness
