Tomorrow I'm going to bottle my very first batch of home brew. I received my Coopers Micro Brewery as a gift. I'm glad I read through these threads and took the advice on throwing out their instruction and using the hydrometer as a rule. Tested the last 3 days at 1.008 with 15 days in the fermenter. What I found amazing was that yesterday it still looked a tad cloudy, but today it was really clear.
Is this common from just one day to the next?

Thanks to all for this awesome forum. I'm so glad I started this hobby.

Cheers!

Good to see you had some patience, it's so hard to do your very first batch. As far as the cloudiness goes, I'm guessing most of the yeast started to fall out of suspension which helped clear it up. Did the temperature drop by chance overnight?
