There's a fairly new GF brewery in Portland, OR:

Harvester Brewing
http://www.harvesterbrewing.com/

I had the opportunity to try their beers at a recent festival, and I was really impressed. They use chestnuts for the majority of their grain bill, and I think they work far better tastewise than a lot of other GF ingredients I've had in other beers.

Interesting, maybe I'll check them out. I don't need to worry, but beer with a different base is worth trying.

Dude! I gotta get in contact with these guys. Wish I'd known about them two weeks ago when I was driving through Oregon, damn! But I'm considering opening a GF brewery in the Bay Area, and I'm really curious about their business model. A 7 BBL setup shouldn't be too much for me to finance....
