Hmmm, what info could be missing???
My batch is using 10 ounces so using a wrong guess, based on possible AA range could be a disaster.
And yet, I go back to them ... well, no more.



EDIT: Fortunately my recipe has a lot of hops in the dry hop so AA won't matter. Just placed an order in with Hop Alliance for hops to use in the bittering. Even with the shipping, it's still cheaper than the per pack price of NB.

There have been other threads. Some folks have been able to get some info from NB, so I would give them a call. Good luck.

That sucks! Typical range is 11 to 16 AA%, for what it's worth, so if you were bittering with these hops, it's going to be tough to predict actual ibu's accurately. Maybe you could get something cheap to bitter, and use the unknown AA% hops for flameout/dry-hopping?
