No, it is Roselle you want. They flower, and then you harvest the calyx, remove seed. You can dry or boil for a tart drink.

Little Krausen, I mean little, like a 1/4-1/2 inch opposed to my standard 3", airlock activity but I think the oil from the Roselle maybe hindering the yeast and it's anarobic life. In other words I do not see good Krausen as when it is not in there. Will measure FG in a week and see what and how it did off the 1.053 Start.
