this is a future brew...
I've heard great things about the nelson sauvin and galaxy hops and wanted to try a pale ale to showcase the hops. I found this recipe on google:

I've had galaxy but I don't know how good of a match these two would be together. It's told that Nelson gives white wine fruitiness. I like you'd be better off single hopping. I would also add a bit of crystal and carapils to your grain bill
 
Galaxy and Nelson work fine together and both really showcase the new AU/NZ tropical hop character. I wouldnt add the crystal if you really want the hops to shine, but some carapils for head retention wouldnt be a bad idea. Make sure you do a hopstand at flameout for maximum hop character. Also, at 154F, I doubt a 90min mash is needed. You could easily do 60min, i've even see people getting away with 30min...
