Hey there, I use a brite tank and this is the second time that I notice that sometimes my beer is very clear and then I check again after a day or two and is quite muddy and you can see small particles. This time I didn't even put gas, it was carbonated just with co2 from fermentation. Last time it went back to normal. It doesn't taste bad or anything, it's just weird I suppose is related to carbonation, does someone knows why this happens?

Well a brite tank in it's very nature just means carbonated beer. It's not a filtration tank. At breweries the beer is filtered before entering the brite tank. Yes. Stuff still settles out inside of them but that is not what the tank is for.
