I'm frustrated! I am finding it very difficult to source the equipment that you guys in the US seem to have readily available. Things like large stainless steel stock pots, and turkey friers are very hard to find!

Is it because I am a rubbish surfer? Anyone from the UK got any suggestions?

If you want Big Stainless Steel Pots etc at sensible prices look for Catering suppliers with a trade shop that's open to the public or (better still) Chinese Supermarkets. It might involve a journey (I've never been to your neck of the woods - couldn't tell you if you have any) but well worth a trip.
