Fruit Blend for Fruit Wines

Hello, I am new to this group so I hope my question wont be silly. I used to use a "fruit additive" blend to my fruit at the start of the process. I had full success each time. It has been unavailable for months at my local wine supplier. Does anyone know where I can get some, or the proportions for 5 gallons to make my own?

Like it's a blend of fruit that approximates a grape wine flavor, or it's a blend of additives to help fermentation along? I'm not a winemaker so I'm not too familiar with the products out there, but I didn't see you got any responses.

If it's a product typically available at your local shop, I would guess you could find it at an online shop or a similar product to substitute.
