Frozen juice taking a week to arrive

Last Friday I ordered a 5.25 gallon pail of Oregon Gewurztraminer juice from Wine Grapes Direct. It was shipped Monday (Jan 25) and tracking initially said delivery this Friday (Jan 29) via Fedex Ground. Latest update now says delivery on Monday, Feb 1! The juice pail is supposed to be in a box with Styrofoam insulation, but I'm concerned that in a week in transit, it'll thaw and begin fermentation in the sealed pail. Is this something anyone else has experienced?
 
Well that was a non-issue. Pail arrived today after all (Friday) and is still mostly frozen. So now I gotta let it thaw.
