I use my temp controlled chest freezer fermenter to cold crash after fermentation is done. I made a 6.8abv brown ale and in the midst of taking another fermenter out so I could cold crash, didn't see that my temperature probe fell out of the chest freezer i use.

Long story short... is that in 24 hours the entire 5 gallon fermenter (plastic bucket type) is a solid block of ice.

My thoughts are that I'm fine. Thaw it out, keg, RDWHAHB.

Thoughts? Adv-ICE?

It's fine.

You'd likely have a problem carbonating if you tried to do it naturally with priming sugar in the keg. If you're force carbing, just let it thaw and go as normal I'd say.
