This is of no relevance except to the hardened hop geeks, but this is a nice preprint where they've sequenced genomes of various Cannabis and Humulus (sub)species, paying particular attention to the sex chromosomes. They also talk a bit about sex-linked "flavour" genes like the prenyltransferases involved in the bitter acid pathways.
