From North Coast California

Hi,
So I just made my first batch of hard apple cider and bottled it as well. I have pictures coming. I am from Eureka, California up here north of San Francisco on what we call the "north coast" I am interested in brewing hard apple cider and want to get really good at it! I'm going to college now and may be brewing as well.
