Hi HBT. I'm enjoying a glass of my latest batch of hard cider. It's pretty good. Brewing my first batch of beer on Sunday, hopefully that turns out better.

Making a red Irish ale. Got a kit from my local home brew shop.
Blarney Stone Red
5.2% ABV
SG 1.051 • FG 1.012
13 SRM • 18 IBU

I have been studying up so I half way know what those numbers mean. Lol
