USPS has raised the postage rates again

I was preparing a few shipping labels late last night and noticed the 1st class parcel rates were up 20% on some small packages. I thought paypal had an error in their system.....NO, USPS rate hikes went into affect last night at midnight, I was a half hour late.

So today, I am thumbing my nose at the post office and offering free shipping on all orders. Please include USPS with your order and I will refund shipping promptly via paypal. International shipping discounted $5.

I've been to Ontario, California.....might as well be International

I have always had my stuff shipped within a few days. I ordered under this special and got my bags yesterday. I did not order anything custom this time, just a few hop bags.
