Force Carbing a Mild Ale

I am planning to brew a mild ale in the coming weeks, and I plan to keg and force carbonate it. I want to try to get it as close to Real Ale carbonation levels as possible. Would anyone know what pressure and for how long should I force carbonate the beer?

See chart at link. It all depends on what carbonation level you want. Between 2 and 2.5 probibly right for most ales but thats your call
