I tried to force carb, but at the same time I was having trouble with my regulator. Now that I have that fixed can I force it again?

You can do it all you want. The idea is that the beer will only take a given amount of C02 into solution at a given temperature and pressure. So if the temperature and pressure factors are correct, then you won't over-carbonate.

yeah what he said. Please note the CO2 will dissolve more quickly the colder the liquid
