Does anybody use the 16gram cylinders of C02 to carbonate their kegs? If so, whats the process?

Help Support Homebrew Talk:
The little cartridges are used to dispense the beer. I'm not sure how many cylinders it would take to force carb 5 gallons of beer or if you even could. It surely wouldn't be cost effective.
