I've done quite a few beers now, but this is a first for me. I had a super aggressive first 24 hour fermentation and the foam head filled the head and out the blow off. No big deal, but there was a lot residual hop flakes left and there is a crap ton gunk stuck to the top of the carboy below the neck. Will this mold or will the CO2 in the head prevent that from happening. Just wondering if I should rack it to another bottle before oxidation will become an issue. I'm about 36 hours from brew.

You nailed it. The CO2 will keep the goop from molding.

Be sure to wash the blow off tube real well though. I soak mine in an oxygen based cleaner after use and pull a rag through it.
