Hey guys, my bro-in-law and I just started our first batch. We went with a off the self bock from Delfalco's, they gave us some different ingredients to add. (Kolch yeast, extra malt).

Its in the primary fermentation stage, but won't know the content... didn't get the hydro meter right!

Welcome to the great world of home brew. Sounds like a good recipe. I just did a vienna lager style beer, with a Kolsch yeast this weekend. Defalco's is around the corner from me, that is why I originally started.

Awesome Tim! I work on the west side of town but live south east. I'm gonna visit brewersguild.net soon. They are closer to my house.

We are looking for ideas to use up the malt that came in the kit.
