Flux/Solder smell

i have been sweating some copper parts for my all grain structure and i have a couple of concerns. i can clean the flux residue off of the outside of the parts but how do you get off of the inside. it smells like flux and i am concerned that it impart something in to my brew.

Flush with hot water and you should be good
