Floating stuff in bottles

I made a beer 6 months ago and it turned out fine. I just opened a bottle I had left over and it foamed like crazy and had floating peices in it. Tastes ok, but looks nasty! What happened?

Probably just an infected bottle. If the rest of the batch have been fine so far and this was the first gusher, chances are the bottle had a little wild yeast or bacteria in it that caused the problem.
