Floaties in my beer

I had some string like floaties in my beer a day after bottling.. but now (3 days later) i can seem to see them anymore. is this bad?

If you can't see them anymore and it doesn't effect the taste...then no.

More than likely it was a small layer of krausen that had formed from the beer fermenting again in the bottle.
