I have brew two beers this year that both came out flat. Not sure why. I did a lemon wheat and a Irish red. Just opened a red and no head at all ,same with the lemon. Did the same as last year and they came out great. Not sure what happened any,if anyone has any ideals it would help. Thanks Homer

Prolly need to provide info on brew.

Grains? Mash temp? Change in gravity etc. Priming sugar added?

Stupid question, but did you remember to add your priming sugar? How long have they been carbing up and at what temperature? What kind of bottle caps did you use? If you bought them online, you want to make sure that they aren't decorative only bottle caps. I made that mistake, once. Primed my beer again and used new caps = problem solved.
