So I bought a bunch of flaked wheat and whatever else was needed to brew a nice witbeer...... And then my beautiful baby girl was born! :rockin:

Well that was 11 months ago and I pretty much forgot and/or did not have the time to brew. From what I have read the grains are more than likely not going to cut it being milled 11 months ago.

However I did not read anything about flaked wheat shelf life.
Think they are still good?

They have been sitting in my garage at around 50 degrees bagged up.

you should try using the milled grains also. doesn't hurt (as much) to try a small batch.
