Heya.
I'm lookin to dial in a house session pale ale and I feel like it is getting close, but I'm looking for a bit extra in the texture/fullness/silkiness. Will an amount of oats get me there? I've used them in porters and stouts, but never anything light and hop forward. How much would be too much to start with, and how much of a negative impact will it have on clarity?

I like oats a lot. I see lots of NEIPA recipes with up to 20% oats, but in a pale, I don't think I'd go that far. Time and cold will cure all when it comes to clarity. I've done probably 10% oats with no real impact on clarity.
