So I brewed a Hop Head Double IPA about 2 months ago. It was in the keg and set to 10psi as a set it and forget it carbonation. When I first tapped into it the flavor was amazing and the carbonation was perfect. I then used a blichmann beer gun to fill some bottles to bring to friends. A few days ago I wanted to share the brew with some friends again out of the tap. It came out with no head and its super overcarbonated like soda pop. Think I got a bug from hooking up the blichmann?
