Hey all,

First time brewer here. I am not on an island (thankfully!) as many of my co-workers brew.

I have my first extract kit in fermentation, and will be bottling next week. It is a 5 gallon brew. I picked some mini kegs up off FB marketplace for a steal, and since we are having a party around home brews, I figured I'd fill two of these, then bottle the rest.

What I have read, you need to prime the mini kegs less than bottles. Is there a good way to do both from the same batch? Any good resources you could point me to? I have tried searching for this topic but came up dry.

Thanks!

I do a lot batches between a Tap-a-draft and bottles. I batch prime about half of what I'd use for all bottles then add a carb tab or two to each bottle.
